1,Properties:
1.1The main motor speed reducer applies torque limit mechanism toavoid harming the machine when trouble happens.
1.2Twice push rowing bottle mechanism is used to ensure every bottlelocation has bottle which apparently prompts bottle outputefficiency.
1.3Bottle handling air conveyor prevents bottles from dropping downwhen in transportation.
1.4Damaged bottles shall be rejected according to the rejectmechanism.
1.5This machine is equipped with blocking bottle detector. It willstop and alarm when bottle blocks.
1.6No-bottle detector will send signal to elevator immediately whenthe bottle quantity is few and elevator shall supply bottlesautomatically.
1.7Photoelectric switch is installed on the air conveyor to controlthe unscramble machine.
1.8Bottle unscramble machine has oil mouths which make the gear,bearing and cam lubrication conveniently.
1.9Main electrical appliance (Inverter, PLC, Photoelectric switch,Relay) is from MITSUBISHI, OMRON, SIMENS and so on
