Fillingprocess
Barrelsmove 180 degree along with conveying chain wheel and to turnoverframe, and then barrels are pushed into filling machine by barrelpushing cylinder and located on conveyor belt and waiting forfilling.
Sterilizedempty barrels to filling position are located by location cylinder,and then filling valves enter into barrel and open filling pump forfilling, filling time set by PLC, it can correct filling time up tooptimum condition by muti-function button on panel according toheight of liquid level.

Cappingprocess including cap elevating sorter.
Afterfinished filling, the full barrel transports into cap alandposition in transiting loading cap by cap loading position, afterfinish capping, barrel is took out by conveying chain.

Lightinspection
DJlight inspection box suppliers light for visual measurement ofinternal and external barrel and check the miscellany.

Hotshrinking machine


Hotshrinking machine is made up of vapor generator and shrinkingcover, vapor generator generates hot steam source, when the barrelloading on plastic sleeve passes through vapor tunnel and checkbarrel by shrinking machine, electro-magnetic valve release vaporand plastic sleeve shrinks
